A Scarred Landscape

About myself, I am 17 years old and undertaking a course at Bradford College (UK), I am a keen artist and a keen digital artist. My hobbies include computer gaming, like most 17 year olds.

Upon embarking on a recent trip to the Lake District in the Northern most reaches of England I looked upon the lakes like I had never looked upon anything else before. There were plenty of buildings, boats and ferries, and plenty of evidence of human interaction with the landscape. I wondered what would the Lakes look like, with out ever being witness to human construction and human destruction. I viewed the people as almost parasitic, living off of the land and not really making any attempt to repay. I see the earth as a gift from, well I have no idea but the natural beauty I witnessed that day proved to me that we, nor this whole planet are here by chance.

All artwork above, was drawn on campus using photo shop, with a mouse and keyboard.

Thank you for taking the time to read my blog.
